Day-To-Day Operations:

 

All aspects of day-to-day operations are included under your contract. Document service, notices, meetings with owners.

Collections:

 

We collect condo fee and rent payments on the first of each month.

Invoicing:

 

We deposit all condo fees and rent payments. All invoices are sent out separately.

Phone & contact:

We handle all calls, e-mails and text messages.

Inspection

 

We will arrange an initial inspection of the property and meet with the owners or landlords prior to a contract being signed.

Property Maintenances and Repairs:

 

In the case of emergencies, repairs and renovations, a contactor is dispatched and pictures are taken of the problem. Owners or landlord is contacted for approval to make repairs.
